Commercial Real Estate
Commercial real estate (CRE) is property that is used exclusively for business-related purposes or to provide a workspace and is intended to generate a profit, either through capital gains or rental income. Commercial property includes office buildings, medical centers, hotels, malls, retail stores, multifamily housing buildings, farm land, warehouses, and garages. Multi-unit rental properties that serve as residences for tenants are classified as commercial activity for the landlord. We collaborate with developers, investors, and owners, as well as public and private hospitals, hospital management groups, and large medical practices and clinics.
